  • Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

  • Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted at checkout.

  • Tracking information is provided when available.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. wholehealthONE Shop does not accept returns or exchanges.​

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for review. To help us resolve your request quickly, please email shop@pharmaguide.ca and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

wholehealthONE Shop may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, credit, or other resolution depending on the product category, supplier policies, and available documentation.
